Clear starting prices for AI agents, automation and custom software: €25-49 per hour, and fixed-price projects from €5,000. Below is what each option includes and what moves the final number.
Our rates
Engineers and consultants billed by the hour. The rate depends on the role and the technology involved. Used for time and materials work, extensions and ongoing support.
One agent for one clearly defined task, live within 30 days. The total price is agreed in writing before any work starts.
How the 30-day delivery worksThe smallest engagement we take on, so every project gets proper design, testing and a documented handover.
API costs from providers such as OpenAI or Anthropic are billed by them directly, usually a small monthly amount. We estimate it for you before you commit.
Prices exclude VAT. We can also quote in Czech koruna.
Two ways we price a project
Fixed price
For a project with a clear, agreed scope, such as one AI agent for one task. You know the total cost before work starts, and fixed-price projects start from €5,000.
Time and materials
For ongoing or evolving work, such as an AI feature you plan to keep extending. You pay for the hours actually spent, at €25-49 per hour, billed on a regular cycle.

How many systems it touches
An agent that only reads from one system is simpler than one that reads from your CRM, writes to your email tool, and checks a database.
How much is a known pattern
A support agent similar to ones we have built before is faster and cheaper than something genuinely new to us.
Data quality and volume
Clean, well structured data is quick to work with. Data spread across spreadsheets, PDFs, and old systems takes real time to prepare.
How much testing it needs
An internal tool for a small team needs less testing than something customer facing or handling money.
What is included in the price
The quote covers the actual engineering work: design, building the integrations, testing, and a handover with documentation your team can use. AI model usage, the API calls to a provider such as OpenAI or Anthropic, is billed separately by that provider. It is usually a small monthly cost compared to the build itself, and we give you an estimate of it upfront.

How much does an AI project cost?
Our hourly rate is €25-49, depending on the role, and fixed-price projects start from €5,000. A single AI agent for one well-defined task usually fits the fixed-price model and goes live within 30 days. Larger projects are quoted after a free scoping call.
What is the difference between fixed price and time and materials?
Fixed price means we agree on the scope and the total cost upfront, and that number does not change unless the scope does. Time and materials means you pay for the hours actually worked, which fits better when the work is expected to evolve as we go.
Do I pay for AI model usage on top of your fee?
Yes, separately, but it is usually a small ongoing cost compared to the build. We estimate it upfront based on expected usage so there are no surprises.
What is the smallest project you take on?
Projects start from €5,000. A single, well-defined AI agent or automation for one clear task is a normal starting point. If the scope is too small to do properly, we will tell you honestly rather than take it on.
How long until we see a return on an AI project?
It depends entirely on what the project automates. A task that previously took a person several hours a week shows its return quickly once the agent is live and trusted. Something more experimental takes longer to prove out.
Do you require a long term contract?
No. Many projects are a defined engagement with a start and an end. Ongoing support or further development is a separate conversation once the first phase works.
